25 Limitation of powers of ART
For the purposes of section 95E of the Act, the following provisions are prescribed: (a) a provision of the Act specified in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to this instrument; (b) a provision of the Assessment Act specified in Part 2 of Schedule 3 to this instrument.
