22 Departure prohibition orders—prescribed persons
For the purposes of subsection 72G(5) of the Act, each of the following persons is prescribed: (a) the Comptroller‑General of Customs (within the meaning of the Customs Act 1901); (b) the Commissioner of Police of the Australian Federal Police; (c) the Secretary of the Foreign Affairs Department.
