#### 93 Certain procedures suspended for ART review until extension application granted (1) Section 21 (parties and potential parties to be notified of application) of the ART Act does not apply in relation to an application for ART review for which an extension application has been made under section 91, unless the ART or a court decides the extension application is to be granted. (2) If the ART requests the Registrar to lodge with the ART, in relation to the application for ART review, the statement or other documents referred to in section 23 of the ART Act, the Registrar must do so within 28 days after receiving the request.
