#### 86 Other party served with copy of objection etc. may oppose or support objection (1) A person served with a copy of the objection and any accompanying documents under section 85 may lodge with the Registrar a written notice in opposition to, or in support of, the objection. (2) The notice must be lodged within 28 days after service on the person of the copy of the objection and any accompanying documents. (2A) However, if the person is a resident of a reciprocating jurisdiction, the person’s notice must be lodged within 90 days after that time, instead of within 28 days. (3) The notice must state fully and in detail the grounds relied on.
