#### 72P Notification requirements for substituted days (1) The Registrar must notify a person who makes an application under section 72M to have a later day substituted of the Registrar’s decision on the application. (2) The Registrar must notify a person in respect of whom a departure authorisation certificate is in force if the Registrar decides, on the Registrar’s own motion, to substitute a later day. (3) If the Registrar decides to substitute a later day, the Registrar must also notify each person to whom a copy of the departure prohibition order in respect of the person was given under subsection 72G(4) or (5). (4) A notice under this section must be given as soon as practicable.
