#### 72O Notification requirements for departure authorisation certificates (1) The Registrar must notify a person who makes an application for a departure authorisation certificate of the Registrar’s decision on the application. (2) The notice must be in the approved form and must be given as soon as practicable. > Note: For approved form see section 72X. (3) If the Registrar decides to issue the departure authorisation certificate, the Registrar must, as soon as practicable, give a copy of the certificate to the person, and to each person to whom a copy of the departure prohibition order in respect of the person was given under subsection 72G(4) or (5).
