#### 72J Notification of decisions about revocation and variation (1) The Registrar must notify a person who has made an application under paragraph 72I(4)(a) for the revocation or variation of a departure prohibition order of the Registrar’s decision on the application. (2) The Registrar must notify a person if the Registrar decides, on the Registrar’s own motion, to revoke or vary a departure prohibition order in respect of the person. (3) The Registrar must also notify each person to whom a copy of a departure prohibition order was given under subsection 72G(4) or (5) if the Registrar decides to revoke or vary the order. (4) A notice under this section must be in the approved form, and must be given as soon as practicable after the decision concerned is made. > Note: For approved form see section 72X.
