#### 72F Departure from Australia of certain debtors prohibited A person must not depart from Australia for a foreign country if: (a) a departure prohibition order in respect of the person is in force, and the person knows that the order is in force, or is reckless as to whether the order is in force; and (b) the person’s departure is not authorised by a departure authorisation certificate, and the person knows that the departure is not authorised by such a certificate, or is reckless as to whether the departure is authorised by such a certificate. Penalty: 60 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
