#### 65 Application of amounts paid or credited where 2 or more debts due Where: (a) 2 or more debts are due to the Commonwealth by an employer under this Part; (b) an amount is paid to or to be credited by the Registrar, or an amount is paid to and an amount is to be credited by the Registrar, in relation to all or any of the debts; and (c) the total amount of the debts exceeds the amount so paid or to be credited or the sum of the amounts so paid and to be credited, as the case may be; the Registrar may, in spite of any direction given by or on behalf of the employer: (d) apply the amount, or the sum of the amounts, in partial discharge of the total amount of the debts; and (e) recover the amount by which the total amount of the debts exceeds the amount or the sum of the amounts; without allocating the amount, or the sum of the amounts, towards the discharge of any particular debt or debts.
