#### 37A Registrar to vary Child Support Register on amendment of child support assessment Where the Registrar amends a child support assessment under which a registrable maintenance liability arose, the Registrar must immediately make such variations (if any) to the particulars entered in the Child Support Register in relation to the liability as the Registrar considers necessary or desirable to enable the amendment to be given effect to under this Act.
