35Payer may apply to Registrar for variation of Child Support Register

#### 35 Payer may apply to Registrar for variation of Child Support Register (1) The payer of a registered maintenance liability may apply to the Registrar, in the manner specified by the Registrar, for the variation of particulars entered in the Child Support Register in relation to the liability to enable a court order or court registered maintenance agreement that varies or otherwise affects the liability to be given effect to under this Act. (2) The payer of an enforceable maintenance liability may apply to the Registrar, in the manner specified by the Registrar, for the variation of particulars entered in the Child Support Register in relation to the liability to take account of the happening of an affecting event in relation to the liability. > Note: Section 16A provides for the Registrar to specify the manner in which an application may be made. (3) This section does not apply in relation to a liability that arises under a child support assessment.
