#### 25B Effect of inclusion (1) If the particulars of an overseas maintenance liability are entered in the Child Support Register under section 25A, an amount payable under the maintenance assessment, order or agreement that gives rise to the liability is a debt due to the payee. (2) A debt due under this section is recoverable in a court of competent jurisdiction by the payee from the person who is liable to make payments under the liability.
