#### 121B Giving information to overseas authorities If: (a) the Registrar receives a request from an overseas authority for information about a person; and (b) the request is made in reliance on an international maintenance arrangement; the Registrar must give the information requested to the overseas authority if it is necessary or convenient to do so for the purposes of the arrangement.
