5 Scale of expenses (Act s 4(2))
(1) For subsection 4(2) of the Act, the scale of expenses set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed. (2) A reference in Schedule 1 to the High Court Rules is a reference to the High Court Rules as in force from time to time.
