81 Time limits on lodging objections
(1) An objection to a decision (other than an objection to an appealable collection refusal decision) must be lodged by a person within 28 days after a notice of the decision is served on the person. (2) An objection to an appealable collection refusal decision must be lodged by a person within 28 days after the decision first comes to the notice of the person.
