63C Amendment of assessment in minimum rate cases
(1) This section allows the Registrar to amend an assessment of child support payable by a parent for all the children in a child support case for some days in a child support period if: (a) the parent has made an election under section 60 relating to the period; and (b) the period has ended; and (c) the annual rate of child support payable by the parent for all the children in the child support case for the days in the period was the minimum annual rate for the period or lower. (2) The Registrar may amend the assessment to affect the annual rate of child support payable by the parent for the days in the child support period. (3) This section does not prevent the Registrar from making a new assessment for part of the child support period.
Note: This section does not limit the power under section 75 to amend assessments (see subsection 75(5)).
