110U Pending reconsiderations do not affect decisions under section 64A of the Assessment Act
(1) The fact that a reconsideration of a decision of the Registrar under section 64A of the Assessment Act is pending does not, in the meantime, interfere with, or affect, the decision. (2) Amounts payable in relation to such a decision may be recovered as if no appeal were pending.
