103T Powers of the SSAT for purposes of reviews
(1) Subject to the regulations, the SSAT may, for the purpose of reviewing a decision under this Part, exercise all the powers and discretions that are conferred by this Act and the Assessment Act on the Registrar. (2) To avoid doubt, any limitation on the exercise of a power or discretion by the Registrar also limits the exercise of that power or discretion by the SSAT under this Part. (3) The regulations may specify provisions of this Act and the Assessment Act to which subsection (1) does not apply.
