103P Hearing in private
(1) The hearing of a review must be in private. (2) The SSAT Executive Director may give directions, in writing or otherwise, as to the persons who may be present at any hearing of a review. (3) In giving directions under subsection (2), the Executive Director must have regard to: (a) the wishes of the parties; and (b) the need to protect their privacy.
