103M Chair for hearings
(1) If the SSAT is constituted by 2 or more members for the purposes of the review of a decision, the SSAT Executive Director must designate one of those members as the member who is to preside at the hearing of the review. (2) If the SSAT Executive Director is one of those members, he or she may designate himself or herself as the member who is to preside.
