103J Provision of further information by Registrar

(1) The SSAT Executive Director may ask the Registrar to provide the SSAT with information or a document that the Registrar has and that is relevant to the review of a decision. (2) The Registrar must comply with a request under subsection (1): (a) as soon as practicable; and (b) in any event—not later than 14 days after the request is made. (3) If the request is for a document, the Registrar must provide the SSAT with: (a) if the request specifies a number of copies—that number of copies of the document; or (b) otherwise—2 copies of the document.
