#### 67 Assessment to relate to all children for whom child support is payable by parent (1) If child support is payable by a parent to a person for 2 or more children for a day in a child support period, any administrative assessment of the child support payable by the parent in relation to the day is to relate to all of the children and not to any of the children separately. (2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not the child support is payable because of: (a) the acceptance by the Registrar of 2 or more separate applications for administrative assessment made otherwise than in the same form; or (b) the acceptance by the Registrar of 2 or more child support agreements made otherwise than in the same document; or (c) the acceptance by the Registrar of an application for administrative assessment and of an application for acceptance of a child support agreement. (3) Subsection (1) does not require a single administrative assessment to be made of the child support payable by a parent to 2 or more other persons.
