#### 150DA Registrar’s jurisdiction to cease in certain circumstances If the Registrar receives notice, in accordance with an article that is prescribed by the regulations, of an international treaty that is so prescribed, that a carer entitled to child support is habitually resident in a foreign country that is a party to the treaty, the jurisdiction of the Registrar ceases in accordance with that article.
