#### 135 Simplified outline The following is a simplified outline of this Division: • Certain courts may set aside a child support agreement or a termination agreement if: (a) the agreement of one of the parties was obtained by fraud, undue influence or unconscionable conduct; or (b) there has been a significant change in circumstances; or (c) the annual rate of child support payable under the agreement is not proper or adequate; or (d) exceptional circumstances arise after the agreement is made.
