sec.54 Information sharing arrangements

The commission may enter into a written arrangement about sharing or exchanging information under part 2 or 3 with the following entities— for information for the performance of the commission’s functions under part 2 —a prescribed CSS entity; for information for the performance of the commission’s functions under part 3 —a prescribed RCS entity; for information mentioned in section 53 —a corresponding entity under that section.

• (a) for information for the performance of the commission’s functions under part 2 —a prescribed CSS entity;

• (c) for information mentioned in section 53 —a corresponding entity under that section.
