sec.53 Disclosure to another State or the Commonwealth

The commission may disclose confidential information obtained under this Act to a corresponding entity for a matter relevant to the performance of a function by the corresponding entity. In this section— corresponding entity means an entity performing functions under a law of another State or the Commonwealth that are substantially the same as the functions of the commission under this Act.
