sec.38 Commission may ask for further information
After receiving the final report, the commission may ask the head of the reporting entity to provide further information the commission considers relevant in relation to— the findings of the head of the entity in relation to the reportable allegation or reportable conviction; or the reporting entity’s response to the findings. An authorised officer may require a relevant person to give information mentioned in this section. See section 91 .
- (a) the findings of the head of the entity in relation to the reportable allegation or reportable conviction; or
- (b) the reporting entity’s response to the findings.
