sec.32 Meaning of worker for part
In this part, worker of an entity includes a former worker of the entity, if— for a reportable allegation—the alleged conduct the subject of the allegation was engaged in during the period when the worker was performing work for the entity; or for a reportable conviction—the worker was convicted during a period when the worker was performing work for the entity.
- (a) for a reportable allegation—the alleged conduct the subject of the allegation was engaged in during the period when the worker was performing work for the entity; or
- (b) for a reportable conviction—the worker was convicted during a period when the worker was performing work for the entity.
