sec.31 Commission may require information about systems
The commission may ask the head of a reporting entity for information about a system the head of the entity is required to keep under section 30 . An authorised officer may require a relevant person to give information mentioned in this section. See section 91 . The commission may— consult with a sector regulator for the reporting entity about the information provided by the entity; and make recommendations for action to be taken by the head of the reporting entity in relation to the system, and provide any necessary information relating to the recommendations. (sec.31-ssec.1) The commission may ask the head of a reporting entity for information about a system the head of the entity is required to keep under section 30 .
