sec.29 Meaning of reporting entity
A reporting entity is an entity— that cares for, supervises or exercises authority over children, whether as a primary function or otherwise; and that is either— mentioned in schedule 2 ; or prescribed by regulation.
- (a) that cares for, supervises or exercises authority over children, whether as a primary function or otherwise; and
- (b) that is either— (i) mentioned in schedule 2 ; or (ii) prescribed by regulation.
- (i) mentioned in schedule 2 ; or
- (ii) prescribed by regulation.

- (ii) prescribed by regulation.
