sec.22 Register of enforceable undertakings
The commission must establish and maintain a register of enforceable undertakings accepted by the commission under this division. The register must— include a copy of each enforceable undertaking that is in effect for a child safe entity; and be available for inspection, free of charge, by members of the public, on the commission’s website.
