sec.21 Requirement to comply with enforceable undertaking
A child safe entity that gives an enforceable undertaking must comply with the undertaking, unless the entity has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. In this section— child safe entity means— if the child safe entity is a person—the child safe entity; or otherwise—the head of the child safe entity. (sec.21-ssec.1) A child safe entity that gives an enforceable undertaking must comply with the undertaking, unless the entity has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. (sec.21-ssec.2) In this section— child safe entity means— if the child safe entity is a person—the child safe entity; or otherwise—the head of the child safe entity.
