sec.108 Guidelines
The commission may make guidelines, consistent with this Act, to provide guidance to entities about matters relating to the operation of the Act or the commission’s functions. In particular, the commission may make guidelines about the implementation of, and compliance with, the child safe standards and universal principle. The commission must publish a guideline made under this section on its website.
