sec.107 Delegation
A commissioner may delegate a function or power of the commissioner under this Act to an appropriately qualified staff member of the commission. The head of a reporting entity may delegate the functions of a head of a reporting entity under chapter 3 to an appropriately qualified person. (sec.107-ssec.1) A commissioner may delegate a function or power of the commissioner under this Act to an appropriately qualified staff member of the commission.
