sec.106 Evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by a commissioner and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— a stated document is 1 of the following things made or given under this Act— a decision; a notice or requirement; a stated document is a copy of a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) ; on a stated day, or during a stated period, an appointment as an authorised officer was, or was not, in force for a stated person; on a stated day, a stated person was given a stated notice under this Act; on a stated day, a stated requirement was made of a person.
- (a) a stated document is 1 of the following things made or given under this Act— (i) a decision; (ii) a notice or requirement;
- (i) a decision;
- (ii) a notice or requirement;
- (b) a stated document is a copy of a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) ;
- (c) on a stated day, or during a stated period, an appointment as an authorised officer was, or was not, in force for a stated person;
- (d) on a stated day, a stated person was given a stated notice under this Act;
- (e) on a stated day, a stated requirement was made of a person.
