For the purposes of the Act, section 45(3), the following agencies are prescribed—
(a) the Department of Customer Service,
(b) the Ministry of Health,
(c) the Department of Education,
(d) the Department of Communities and Justice,
(e) the NSW Education Standards Authority,
(f) the TAFE Commission.
