16C Principal officer of entity providing specialised substitute residential care
(1) For the purposes of section 6(3) of the Act, the role of the principal officer of an entity providing specialised substitute residential care is prescribed as a child-related role.
(2) In this clause—
principal officer of an entity providing specialised substitute residential care has the same meaning as in the Children’s Guardian Act 2019, section 8ZC.
