#### 53 Review of Act 53 Review of Act > > (1) The Minister must review the amendments made by the [Child Protection (Working with Children) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025](/view/pdf/asmade/act-2025-56) to determine whether— > > > > > (a) the policy objectives of the amendments remain valid, and > > > > > (b) the terms of the amendments remain appropriate for securing the objectives. > > > (2) The review must be undertaken as soon as practicable after the period of 18 months from the commencement of this section. > > > (3) A report on the outcome of the review must be tabled in each House of Parliament within 30 months after the commencement of this section. > > **s 53:** Subst 2025 No 56, Sch 1\[15\].
