22C Exemption of particular web-based services from relevant personal information—the Act, Sch 1C, cl 5(1)(f)(iii)

For the Act, Schedule 1C, clause 5(1)(f)(iii), the following web-based services are prescribed—

(a) web-based services used to access insurance products or services,

(b) web-based services used to access utilities accounts or services,

(c) news subscription services,

(d) television streaming services.
