For the Act, section 19(2)(i), the following information is prescribed—
(a) the date of each occasion on which the registrable person has asked for the accuracy of the registrable person’s reporting period, as specified in the Register, to be checked,
(b) the date of each occasion on which the registrable person has been notified of the results of a check.
