#### 7B Notice to be given when reporting obligations change 7B Notice to be given when reporting obligations change > > (1) This section applies to a registrable person whose reporting obligations have changed since the person was last notified of them in New South Wales. > > > (2) The Commissioner of Police must cause written notice of the following to be given to the registrable person— > > > > > (a) the person’s reporting obligations, > > > > > (b) the consequences of failing to comply with the person’s reporting obligations. > > > (2A) Notice under this section must be given— > > > > > (a) as soon as practicable after the change in the registrable person’s reporting obligations occurs, and > > > > > (b) before the person is required to make the person’s next report under this Act. > > > (3) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the manner and form in which written notice must be given under this section. > > **s 7B:** Ins 2004 No 85, Sch 1 \[21\].
