#### 7A Notices to be given to registrable persons who enter New South Wales 7A Notices to be given to registrable persons who enter New South Wales > > (1) This section applies to a registrable person who enters New South Wales if the person has not previously been given notice of the person’s reporting obligations in New South Wales. > > > (2) The Commissioner of Police must, as soon as practicable after the registrable person becomes a person to whom this section applies, cause written notice of the following to be given to the registrable person— > > > > > (a) the person’s reporting obligations, > > > > > (b) the consequences of failing to comply with the person’s reporting obligations. > > > (3) The regulations may make provision about the form and way in which written notice must be given under subsection (2). > > **s 7A:** Ins 2004 No 85, Sch 1 \[21\].
