2H Relevant vehicles or other transport
> > (1) In this Act, a relevant vehicle or other transport, for a person, means the following if owned by the person or used by the person for 7 days or more in a 12-month period, whether or not consecutively—
> >
> > > (a) a motor vehicle within the meaning of the [Road Transport Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-018),
> >
> > > (b) a caravan or trailer,
> >
> > > (c) a vessel or aircraft required to be registered under a law of New South Wales or another Australian jurisdiction.

> > (2) In this section—

> > owned includes leased and hired.

> > vessel has the same meaning as in the [Marine Safety Act 1998](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1998-121).
