19H Registrar may correct Register
> Without limiting section 45 (Correction of Register) of the [Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1995-062), the NSW Registrar may correct the Register under that section if—
>
> > (a) the name of the registrable person on the Register has been changed, and
>
> > (b) the Commissioner of Police has not approved that change under this Part.
