96 Delegation (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Commissioner may, in writing, delegate to a police officer all or any of his or her powers and functions under this Act. (2) The Commissioner must not delegate: (a) his or her powers and functions under section 65(1) or (2), 66(1)(d) or 67; or (b) his or her power of delegation under subsection (1).
