90 Recognition of prohibition orders made in other jurisdictions (1) The Regulations may provide for the recognition in the Territory of corresponding prohibition orders. Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Registration) Act 2004 55 (2) In particular, the Regulations may provide for any of the following matters: (a) applications for recognition in the Territory of orders as corresponding prohibition orders; (b) the conferral on courts of jurisdiction with respect to the recognition in the Territory of corresponding prohibition orders; (c) the modification of corresponding prohibition orders for their recognition in the Territory; (d) the effect of the recognition in the Territory of corresponding prohibition orders; (e) the conferral on courts of jurisdiction with respect to the variation or revocation of corresponding prohibition orders.
