86 Applications not to be heard in public
(1) Proceedings in relation to an application under this Part must be
heard in the absence of the public.

(2) Despite subsection (1), the court hearing the proceedings may, if it
considers it to be appropriate, permit to be present during the
hearing of the proceedings persons who are not:
(a) parties to the proceedings; or
(b) the legal representatives of those parties.
