84 Application for and determination of review
(1) A person aggrieved by the decision of a court:
(a) under section 79(1)(b) to dismiss an application; or
(b) to make, vary or revoke a prohibition order;
may make application to the Supreme Court for a review of the
decision.
(2) In determining the review, the Supreme Court may:
(a) affirm the decision reviewed; or
(b) vary the decision reviewed; or
(c) quash the decision reviewed and substitute its own decision.
