79 How application to be disposed of (1) The court may dispose of an application under section 71 or 76: (a) by making a prohibition order; or (b) by dismissing the application; or (c) at the request of the applicant, by discontinuing the application. (2) At a further hearing under section 76, the court must dispose of an application that resulted in an interim prohibition order as an application for a child protection prohibition order, and section 72 applies to the application accordingly.
