40 Reporting period for foreign, deemed and corresponding reportable offenders (1) Despite anything in this Part, a reportable offender must comply with the reporting obligations imposed by this Part for the longest period for which he or she would be required to report, whether to the Commissioner or to the corresponding registrar of a foreign Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Registration) Act 2004 32 (2) For this section, the longest period is the last of all of the reporting periods to expire.
